Step-by-step explanation:

4x+3y=12

=> 4x=12-3y

=> x=12-3y/4---------(i)

2x+y=6

=> x= 6-y/2---------(ii)

from i&ii

12-3y/4=6-y/2

12-3y/2=6-y

12-3y=12-2y

Subtracting eq.1 and eq.2

We get ,

4x+3y=12

-

2x+y =6

__________

2x+2y=6

divide both sides by 2 we get ,

x + y = 3 .

Now , multiply both sides by 9

We get ,

9x + 9y = 27 .

Hence proof .
