= (2x)^2 + (b-1)xy + (3y)^2
Given it is a perfect square
Then (b-1)xy = 2 (2x)(3y)
(b-1)xy =12xy
b-1=12
b=13
= (2x)^2 + (b-1)xy + (3y)^2
Given it is a perfect square
Then (b-1)xy = 2 (2x)(3y)
(b-1)xy =12xy
b-1=12
