Answer:

5.6=10^5/x

0.0056=10^5/y

5.6/0.0056=10^5(1/x-1/y)

1000=10^5(1/x-1/y)

10^3 =10^5(1/x-1/y)

3=5(1/x-1/y)

3/5=1/x-1/y
