If 5 cos A= 12 sin A,prove that tan²A-sin²A=sin⁴A*sec²A

U can also do it if the 1st equation is not given .

tan²A-sin²A=sin²A/cos²A - sin²A ( as tan=sin/cos)

=sin²A(1/cos²A-1)=sin²A(sec²A-1) (as sec=1/cos)

=sin²A.tan²A ( as 1+tan²A=sec²A)

=sin²A.sin²A/cos²A

=sin⁴A.sec²A (as secA=1/cosA)

=R.H.S
