[8−11102−1]

Since, 2A+3B=[23−1245] …………(1)

A+2B=[510632] ………….(2)

2× Equation (2)−  Equation (1)

⇒2A+4B−2A−3B=[10−22−30+112−26−44−5]

⇒B=[8−11102−1]

Answer:

2a+1=5

2a+1=11

so a=2,5

3b-2=19

3b-2=4

so b=7,2

for min value we take a=2&b=2

so ans is 4/5
