LHS:-

$= > \frac{5 - \sqrt{3} }{5} + \sqrt{3}$

$= > \frac{5 - \sqrt{3} + 5 \sqrt{3} }{5}$

$= > \frac{5 + 4 \sqrt{3} }{5}$

By dividing individualy,

$= > \frac{5}{5} + \frac{4 \sqrt{3} }{5}$

$= > 1 + \frac{4}{5} .\sqrt{3}$

Hence,

a=1 and b=4/5
