Given :-

  • 5 persons can do 1 job in 3 days
  • M1 = no. of persons = 5 persons
  • M2 = no. of persons = (?)
  • D1 = no. of days = 3 days
  • D2 = no. of days = 5 Days
  • W1 = no. of work = 1 job
  • W2 = no. of work = 5 jobs

To Find :-

  • how many parsons can do 5 jobs in 5 days?
  • M2 = no. of persons = (?)

Answer :-

  • M2 = no. of persons = 15 persons

using formula :-

 \\ \tt \frac {M_{1} × D_{1}} {W_{1} } = \frac { M_{2} × D_{2}} {W_{2}} \\

Explanation :-

 \\ \tt \frac {M_{1} × D_{1}} {W_{1} } = \frac { M_{2} × D_{2}} {W_{2}} \\  \\  \tt  \frac{5 \times 3}{1}  =  \frac{M_{2} \times 5}{5}  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \\  \\  \tt 5 \times 3 = M_{2} \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \\  \\ \tt \red{ M_{2} = 15 \:  \:  persons }

I hope it helps you ❤️✔️
