Answer:

5 tan Ø = 4

=》 \tt{5 \frac{\sin 0}{\cos 0} = 4}\\

=》 5 sin Ø = 4 cos Ø

Now :

\tt{\frac{5 sin 0 - 3 cos 0}{5 sin 0 + 2 cos 0}}\\

=》 \tt{\frac{4 cos 0 - 3 cos 0}{4 cos 0+ 2 cos 0}}\\

=》 \tt{\frac{cos 0}{6cos 0}}\\

=》 \tt{\frac{1}{6}}\\

shivansh5015: Actually there is a mistake in last 3rd line. 4cos 0+ 2 cos 0 should be 6 cos 0
shivansh5015: So answer is 1/6

ANSWER

5 tan theta=4.So tan theta =4/5 therefore, sin theta/cos theta=4/5.Hence we can say that, sin theta=4x , cos theta=5x.
