{5}^{x - 2}  \times  {3}^{2x - 3}  = 135  \\ =>  {5}^{x - 2}  \times  {2}^{2x - 3}  =  5 \times {3}^{3}  \\  => x - 2 = 1 \: and \: 2x - 3 = 3 \\  => x = 3
