This is an easy question. We know RHS=5^2.3^2  and LHS=5^(x-3).3^(2x-8)

Now, Comparing the powers of 5 and 3, we get
x-3=2 and 2x-8=2
Equating RHS, 2x-8=x-3 So x=5
