if 500 grams of peas cost 20 rupees find the price of 2 kg peas​

Given,
For ₹20 you get 500g

We know that,

1kg=1000g
2kg=2*1000g=2000g

2000g=₹x
500g=₹20

By cross multiplying we get,
x=2000*20/500
x=40000/400
x=₹100
Hence for 2 kg the cost is ₹100
