if 510 is divided between A,B,C in such a way that A get 2/3 of what B get, and C get 1 / 4 of what B gets, then their share in rupees (shares) respectively?​

A = $\frac{2}{3}$B

B = $\frac{1}{4}$C

⇒ C = 4B

A + B + C = 510                                            

= 2B/3 + B + 4B = 510

                               

= 2B + 3B + 12B = 510 × 3                      

= 17B = 510 × 3  

B = 30 × 3 = 90

A = $\frac{2*90}{3}$

= 60

C = 4 × 90

= 360.

Answer: A gets Rs 60, B gets Rs 90 and C gets Rs 360.
