If 52x - 1 = 25- 1 + 100, find the value of 31 + x

equation - 1

52x - 1 = 25- 1 + 100

= 52x - 1 = 124

52x = 123

x = 123/52

equation - 2

31 + x

= 31+123/52

= (1612+123)/52

= 1735/52
