Therefore it is divisible by 2,3,6,9

If the number is divisible by 2 then its last digit is even number.

Therefore, y=0,2,4,6,8

Least value of y=0

If the number is divisible by 3 then the sum of its digit is also divisible by 3

Therefore, 16+x+y=0,3,6,9,....

16+x=18,21,24, as for other values it is negative for two digit number.

x=2,5,8⋯(1).

If the number is divisible by 9 then the sum of its digit is also divisible by 9

Therefore, 16+x+y=0,9,18....

16+x=18, as for other values it is negative for two digit number.

x=2.
