5a+3b/2a-3b = 23/5

by cross multiplication

25a+15b =46a-69b

15b+69b = 46a-25a
84b= 21a
84/21 = a/b
or
a/b =4

a/b=-8 ok?
Because 5a+3b=23 & 2a-3b=5. Now sol them both by putting a=(3b+5)/2 in 1 equation...

L12345: no the value of a/b will be 4
