Hello mate,

5m-2/2= -11

5m -2 = -11*2

5m = -22+2

5m = -20

m = -20/5

m = -4

The value of 2m+3 = 2(-4)+3 = -8+3 = -5.

Step-by-step explanation:

5m -2/2 = -11

5m -2 = -11 *2

5m = -22 +2

5 m = - 20

m = -4

Now putting the value of m in the equation

2m +3

2 * -4 + 3

-8 + 3

-5

So, the value of 2m +3 = -5
