=>(5x-2y)^2=(5x)^2+(2y)^2-2(5x)(2y)
=>(7)^2=25x^2+4y^2-2(10)(xy)
=>49=25x^2+4y^2-20(2)
=>49+40=25x^2+4y^2
=>89=25x^2+4y^2
