EXPLANATION :-

(5x/3) - 4 = 2x/5

=> (5x/3) - (2x/5) = 4

=>(25x - 6x) / 15 = 4

=> 19x = 15×4

=> x = 60/19

hence,

2x-7

= 2(60/19) -7

=(120/19) -7

= (120 -133)/19

=13/19
