Answer:

If (-6, 2) and (3, -1) are the points on a given line then its equation will be?

by using the two point formula

y-y_1=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}(x-x_1)

on putting the value of x1=-6 , y1=2, x2=3, y2=-1

then

y-2=(-3/9)(x+6)

y-2=(-1/3)(x+6)

y-2=-x/3-2

y=-x/3

Answer:

x+3y=0
