6(2a – 1) + 8 = 14

=12a - 6 +8 = 14

= 12a = 14 -8+6

=12a = 12

= a = 12/12

= a= 1

now,

a^51 +a^101 = 1^51 + 1^ 101 = 1+1=2

hope it helps u.
