moles of sucrose = 6.84/342= 0.02
molecular formula C12H22O11
no. of moles of H = 22 x 0.02= 0.44

moles of H20 = 36/18= 2
no. of moles of H= 2 x 2= 4

Total no. of H moles= 0.44 + 4= 4.44
for no. of atoms, multiply by 6.023 x 10^23
hope this helps ..
