molality=no. of moles of solute /weight of solvent per kg

molality of solution will be 1/0.25 =4 m

hope it helps!!☺

Urea has a chemical formula of CH4N2O.

Therefore, it's molar mass = 12 +4(1)+2(14)+(16)= 60 g

No. of moles in 60 gram urea = 1 mole.

Molality = moles of solute / moles of solvent per kg

= 1/(250/1000)
= 4 moles / kg.

Therefore the molality of the solution will be 4.
