If ₹ 640 amounts to ₹ 768 in 2 years 6 months, what will ₹ 850 amount to in 3 years at the same rate per cent per annum​

As per the given in the question

let us assume p1=640

A1=768

now apply formula

$SI1=\frac{P\times R\times T}{100}$

 $Rate=\frac{SI1\times 100}{640\times 2.5}$

            =  $\frac{128\times 100}{640\times 2.5}$

            =$8$%

now price $P2=r1\times 850$

as rate =8%

and time T2=3 years

$SI2=\frac{P2\times R2\times T2}{100}$

$=\frac{85\times 8\times 8 }{100}$

$=204$

finally A=P2+SI2

             =$204+850\\=1054$

so at the same rate percent  per annum amount is 1054
