We know that a number is divisible by 3 if sum of all digits of the number is also divisible by 3.

So, Adding the digits of the number 64y8

= 6+4+y+8

= 18+y

Here if we take y = 0 then sum of digits will be 18 and 18 is divisible by 3.

So required least number is 0
