Step-by-step explanation:

Since 6X2 + 6Y2 = 13 xy

=> 6X2 / XY + 6Y2/XY =13

=> 6 X/Y + 6 Y/X =13

Lets assume X/Y =t , in order to solve above equation.

Hence, 6t + 6/t =13

=> 6t2 + 6 =13t

=> 6t2 -13t +6 =0

=> 6t2 -9t - 4t +6 =0

=> (2t-3) (3t-2) =0

2t-3 = 0

t= 3/2

Since t = X/Y = 3/2

Hence, answer will be 3:2
