All else being equal, 96 liters.

Divide the total amount of milk by the number of buffalo (56 liters divided by 7 buffalo, which equals 8 liters each). That's your average per buffalo. Now multiple the 8 liters average times 12 buffalo. 8 times 12 equals 96 liters.

Some would give more milk and some less, but this would be the average.
