Answer:

Step-by-step explanation

Given polynomial : ax² - 7x + c

It is in the form of Ax² + Bx + C

Then,

A = a , B = -7 and C = c

Now,

Sum of zeros = 14 _ _ [ Given ]

-B/A = 14

-(-7)/a = 14

7 = 14a

=> a = 1/2

And,

Product of zeros = 14

C/A = 14

c/a = 14 => c/(1/2)= 14

=> c = 14×1/2 => c = 7

Hence,

a = 1/2 and c = 7
