my process will be long so don't worry.

7sin^2¢+3cos^2¢=4

7sin^2+3(1-sin^2¢)=4

7sin^2¢+3-3sin^2¢=4

=)4sin^¢=1

=)sin^2¢=1/4

sin¢=1/2=p/h (where p=perpendicular of this right angle and h is height) and b=base

now,b=√h^2-p^2

b=√4-1

b=√3

now,,,cosec¢=h/p=2/1

and sec¢=h/b=2/√3

so,cosec¢+sec¢=2+2/√3 prooved here.

hope it help you
