Given

 {7}^{x + 3}  =  {5}^{x + 3}  \\

Now since the exponents are same, the base should also be the same. But :-

7 ≠ 5

Hence, 7^(x + 3) ≠ 5^(x + 3)

But its given that the both are equal. So we have to find a way to make them equal.

In all the cases, only
 {7}^{0}  =  {5}^{0}

Hence, x + 3 should be equal to 0

=> x + 3 = 0

=> x = - 3

Answer :- - 3
