Given:

if 8 labours can construct 1 wall in 12 hours

To Find:

find the time required by 32 labours to construct the same wall

Solution:

It is given that 8 labours can construct 1 wall in 12 hours and we need to find the time required by 32 labours to construct the same wall

To find the answer to this question we will use the formula for Time and work which states,

\frac{M_1D_1H_1}{W_1} =\frac{M_2D_2H_2}{W_2}

where,

        M= manpower

        D= days

        H= hours

        W= work done

So now putting the values of each in the formula and taking the value of time required as x,

\frac{8*12}{1} =\frac{32*x}{1} \\x=3 hours

Hence, the time required to construct the same wall by 32 labours is 3 hours.
