If 8 tanA = 15, find the value of sin A.​

Answer:

tanA = 15/8 ( 8 is in multiply by tanA )

tan A= opposite side/adjacent side

15= opposite side , 8= adjacent side

Thus, By Pythagoras Theorem

(hypotenuse)² = (15)²+(8)²

(hypotenuse)²= 289, hypotenuse= √289 = 17

Now sinA = opposite side/hypotenuse

sinA = 15/17
