Answer:

Answer is 22 years

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the age 8year ago of

p be =2a

and q be=3a

after seven year

p age will be 2a+7 after 7 year which is equal  to 3b

2a+7=3b

b=(2a+7)/3

q age will be 3a+7 after 7 years which is equal to 4b

3a+7=4b

3a+7=4*(2a+7)/3

9a+21=8a+28

a=7

P age after 7 year =2a+7=2*7+7=21

as earlier we know age before 8 year and then we found age after 7 year so present age will be age after seven year +1 so answer is 21+1=22years
