♪Solution:

★ 8x -13 = 25 + 16x

★ 8x = 25 + 13 + 16x

★ 8x = 38 + 16x

★ 38 = 8x - 16x

★ 38 = - 8x

★ x = 38/-8

★ x = 19 / - 4
