Then,

$\frac{9x}{5} = \frac{5x}{7} + 70 \\ \\ = > \frac{9x}{5} - \frac{5x}{7} = 70 \\ \\ = > \frac{ 63x - 25x }{35} = 70 \\ \\ = > \frac{38x}{35} = 70 \\ \\ = > 38x = 2450 \\ \\ = > x = \frac{2450}{38} = \frac{1225}{19} \\ \\ = > x = 64.47$
