9999 has 4 circles in it. but 9 is repeated soo we consider only once 4(for circles) ×1(take only once i.e 9) =4

in the same way

8888 has 8 circles in it. 8×1=8

1816 has 3 circles in it. but now we have circles in 2 different numbers those are 8 and 6 sooo ..3×2=6

1212 has no circles. soo zero.

1919 has two circles but 9 is repeated so we take only once i.e 2×1=2

finally answer is 2

logic is we consider only circles and what digit having circles. if it is repeated take only once other wise take how many times it is repeated...
