Answer:

L.HS

a(b+c) = 1/2(2/3+3/5) =19/30

R.H.S

ab+ac = a(b+c) = 19/30

then, R.H.S = L.H.S ( proved)

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

a = 1/2

b = 2/3

c = 3/5

 \frac{1}{2} ( \frac{2}{3} +  \frac{3}{5}) =   \frac{1}{2} \times  \frac{2}{3}  +  \frac{2}{3} \times  \frac{3}{5}

 \frac{1}{2} ( \frac{19}{15}) =  \frac{2}{6}  +  \frac{6}{15}

 \frac{19}{30}  =  \frac{22}{30}

As we can see 19/30 is not equal to 22/30, this equation is wrong!
