if a=1/7-4√3 and b = 1/7+4√3 , then find the value of : (I) a2+b2 (II) a3+b3

from the given a = root 3 / 9 ;b = root 3 /33

a2 + b2 = 3/81 + 3 /1089 = 0.0027

a3 + b3 =  square root of 3 = 1.71 so cube root of 1.71/9 = 

= 1.2 / 2.08 + 1.2 / 3.2 = 0.55  ( i got cube root of 33 from google :-)
