give us a+1/b=b+1/c=c+1/a ac(a+1)/abc=ab(b+1)/abc=bc(c+1)/abc aftr solve abc=1

By crossmultiplying we get,
ac(a+1)/abc=ab(b+1)/abc=bc(c+1)/abc
Simplyfying it we get,a*b*c=1
