By crossmultiplying we get,
ac(a+1)/abc=ab(b+1)/abc=bc(c+1)/abc
Simplyfying it we get,a*b*c=1
ac(a+1)/abc=ab(b+1)/abc=bc(c+1)/abc
Simplyfying it we get,a*b*c=1
