Correct Question :-

If (a+10)°and (a+20)°are supplementary angle. Find the measure of the angles.

Answer :-

Given that,

 \sf{ \implies \:a + 10+ a + 20 =  180}

  \sf{\implies \: 2a + 20 + 10 = 180}

  \sf{\implies \: 2a + 30 = 180}

  \sf{\implies \: 2a = 180 - 30}

\sf{\implies \: 2a = 150}

  \sf{\implies \: a =  \dfrac{150}{2}}

\sf{\implies\underline{ \boxed{\sf{a = 75}}}}

Now, the angles are :-

The measure of ( a + 10 )°

 \implies \sf{a + 10}

\implies \sf{75 + 10} \\ \implies \sf{{85}\degree} \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:

The measure of ( a + 30 )°

\implies \sf{a + 30} \\ \implies \sf{ 75 + 20} \\  \implies \sf{{95} \degree} \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:

 { \mathrm{Now,Verification}}

 \tt{ \longrightarrow \: 85  + 95 = 180} \\ \tt{ \longrightarrow \: 180 = 180 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: } \\  \\  \sf{L.H.S = R.H.S} \:  \:  \:  \: \:  \:   \:  \:  \\  \sf{Hence,Verified!} \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:
