Answer:

first you must multiply the A set with B

ex:(2,3)(2,2)

then our answer is

soln: (2,3)(2,2)(2,0)(0,3)(0,2)(0,0)

if the set is repeate as same number u write only one

Given :-

  • a = {2 ,0 ,0}
  • b = {3 , 2 ,0}

To Find :-

  • a × b

Solution :-

a × b = {(2 ,3) , (2 ,2 ) , (2 , 0) ,(0 ,3) ,( 0, 2) ,( 0, 0),(0 ,3) ,(0 ,2) ,( 0 ,0) }

Now,

Finding number of elements in a × b

  • a = {2 ,0 ,0}
  • b = {3 , 2 ,0}

We know that,

→ Number of elements in set a = 3

→ Number of elements in set b = 3

Now,

Number of elements in a × b

= (Number of elements in set a) × (Number of elements in set b)

= 3 × 3

= 9

Hence,

Number of elements in a × b = 9.
