Put a value in the equation--

 \frac{a-1}{a}

=> \frac{2+√3-1}{2+√3}

= \frac{1+√3}{2+√3} RATIONALIZE THE DENOMINATOR↓

×BY 2-√3

=> \frac{2-√3+3√2+3}{(2)^²-(√3)^2}

=> \frac{5+3√2}{4-3}

=> \frac{5+√3}{1} =  \frac{a-1}{a}
