(a+b)(a^2-b^2)=(2+1){(2+1)(2^2-1^2)}
=3{3×(4-1)}
=3{3×3}
=3(9)
=27(or)3^3

Given,

The values of variables a and b,

a=2\\b=1

To Find,

Value of log(a+b)(a^{2} - b^{2} )\\

Solution,

On substitution of a and b values,

log(2+1)(2^{2} -1^{2} )

log(3)(4-1)

log3^{2}

2log3

On substitution of value of log 3, that is 0.4771,

2×0.4771 = 0.9542

Henceforth, the value of log(a+b)(a^{2} - b^{2} )\\ is 0.9542
