change a and b into c
a/2= c/5 or a= 2c/5
b/3=c/5 or, b= 3c/5
then ,

(a+b+c)/c= (2c/5+3c/5+c)/c=( 10c/5)/c= 2c/c= 2

Answer:

Value \: of \: \frac{a+b+c}{c}=2

Step-by-step explanation:

Let \frac{a}{2}=\frac{b}{3}=\frac{c}{5}=k

Now , \\\frac{a}{2}=k \implies a = 2k ---(1)

 \frac{b}{3}=k \implies b = 3k ---(2)

 \frac{c}{5}=k \implies c= 5k ---(3)

Value \: of \: \frac{a+b+c}{c}\\=\frac{2k+3k+5k}{5k}\\=\frac{10k}{5k}\\=2

Therefore,

Value \: of \: \frac{a+b+c}{c}=2
