Answer:

a=2+√3

1/a=1/(2+√3)

=(2-√3)/(2+√3)(2-√3)

=(2-√3)/{(2)^2-(√3)^2}

=(2-√3)/(4-3)

=2-√3

so,

a-1/a

=(2+√3)-(2-√3)

=2+√3-2+√3

=2√3

Answer

2+\sqrt{3} - \frac{1}{2+\sqrt{3} }  \\\frac{(2 + \sqrt{3})^{2}  - 1}{2+\sqrt{3} } \\\frac{4 + 9 + 4\sqrt{3} -1 }{2+\sqrt{3}} \\\frac{12 + 4\sqrt{3} }{2+\sqrt{3}}\\\\

i hope this is right..

If yes...
