If a 2000 byte data message is sent using TFTP, the corresponding Ethernet packet will be of 2050 bytes

  • UDP is used by TFTP's transport protocol and thus it is not as useful as the FTP which only uses TCP for retrieving information.
  • Trival file transfer protocol makes transferring files much easier than FTP.
