if a 25 cm long candle burns for 45 minutes, how long will another candle of the same material and same thickness but 5cm longer than the previous one, burn ?

Let's Solve it!
first candle’s length=25cm,then length of second candle will be =25+5=30cm.
It can be answered by Ratio and Proportion.Like this:-
we have to take one of things in fractions and the things which are related to them in direct proportion (on the other side of ‘=’) in fraction.Let another time which is not given be x
=25/30=45/x
=x=(45/25)30
=x=54 .That is our Answer!!!
