We know that

The tangent of the angle is opposite

A_{x} over adjacen A_{y}

tan(/)   =  \frac{ A_{x}}{ A_{y} }

tan (/)  = \frac{2}{3}

 =  {tan}^{ - 1} ( \frac{2}{3} )

Hence, the angle is  {tan}^{ - 1} ( \frac{2}{3} )
