Answer:

A=x+2y

then

2A=x+2y=

 \frac{x + 2y}{2}

B=y-2x

then

3B=y-2x=

 \frac{y - 2x}{3}

2A+3B=

 \frac{x  + 2y}{2}  +  \frac{y - 2x}{3 }  \\  =  \frac{3x + 6y + 2y - 4x }{6}   \\ =  \frac{8y  - x}{6}  \\  = 8y - x = 6 \\
