=(√3+1)^2/3-1 =(√3-1) ^2/3-1

=4+2√3/2 =4-2√3/2

=2+√3 =2-√3

a^2+ab-b^2 =(a^2-b^2)+ab

=(2+√3)^2-(2-√3)^2+(2+√3)(2-√3)

=(2+√3+2-√3)(2+√3-2+√3)+(2)^2-(√3)^2

=(4)(2√3)+4-3
