Answer:

= -4

Step-by-step explanation:

a= 3/2 , b= 5/2

(a +b) = 3/2 +5/2 = 3+5/2 = 8/ 2 = 4

(a-b) = 3/2 -5/2 = 3-5/2 = -2/2 = -1

(a+b)/(a-b) = 4/-1 = -4

Given –

a =   \frac{3}{2}  and, b =   \frac{-5}{2}

To find –

  \frac{(a+b)}{(a-b)}

Solution –

Putting the value of a =   \frac{3}{2}  and, b =   \frac{-5}{2}

We get,

  \frac{(a+b)}{(a-b)}

= \underline \frac{3 - 5}{2}  </p><p>\\  \frac{3 + 5}{2}

= \underline \frac{-2}{2} \\  \frac{8}{2}

=   \frac{-1}{4} (Ans)
